The CAKTUS is a heavy stoner band from Noumea, NEW CALEDONIA ( a little island between AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND )

We have decided to start a new side-project called "The CAKTUS" to show our biggest respect to the NOLA metal scene. We like all kind of old-school metal (Death, Black, Power, Heavy, Stoner, Doom, Sludge...).

The CAKTUS main influences are : Black Sabbath (the Ozzy era), Down, COC, St Vitus,Grand Magus, Cathedral, The Mighty Nimbus, The Mystik Krew of Clearlight, Sleep, Reverend Bizarre, EyeHateGod.....

The CAKTUS is :

Gregory "Diable Fernal" FIRMIN-GUION on drums,

Allan WRIGHT on bass guitar and

Xavier "Baron La Croix" FERNANDEZ on rythm and lead guitar.
